Italian Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil – We use four Tuscan olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino to make this classic Italian blend. Bold and assertive, this is the olive oil to use when you are looking for lots of flavor. Predominantly green fruit flavors and a pungent finish make this oil a perfect choice for fresh tomatoes, bruschetta, and grilled flank steak or try to drizzle in your hearty soups. Sonoma Valley Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil – We use a field blend of California and Italian varieties, estate grown in Sonoma Valley for this lively oil. A litter milder than our Italian blend, this oil combines fresh green notes with some riper undertones and a slight piquancy on the finish. Took a Double Gold at the 2008 Sonoma County Harvest Fair!
Jacuzzi Family Vineyards Olive Oil – This intensely-flavored oil won a Double Gold at the 2008 Sonoma County Harvest Fair and Gold at the LA International Competition. Primarily Tuscan varietals from southern Sonoma Valley bring green grassy flavors with hints of artichoke and a decidedly peppery finish. Perfect with those full flavored foods!
